Great location!

Excellent location with 10 minute walks to anything you'd want to see. Rooms were clean, shower was pleasant, host was friendly, lift up to floor was useful. Overall a great stay at a great price. Also, the aircon in the room did its job during the high temps and kept us cool at night. There was also a shelf available to us on the fridge to keep.our drinks cold.

My girlfriend never made the coffee once using the facilities provided to us.

Wonderful

Very warm welcome from Andrea. Beautiful room with quirky decor. Great location, supermarket 2 mins away and a place for toiletries opposite. Large communal fridge, plenty of plug sockets, a TV, wi-fi and most importantly air-conditioning!

One could hardly find a better place to stay if coming to Florence.

The place was very clean. The location is central near the very lively Sant'Ambrogio area, 5 min from Duomo and Santa Croce. The host was very nice and clear in his explanations. One small point though, rewrite the instruction in plain english.

There was no particular negative point. Everything was nice. I don't know if there are bigger rooms for families or couples and the receptionist didn't answer this question when I asked.

Ι traveled alone in the UK and I was stolen on my way to check in. Simone was very friendly and reliable and helped me to find a way back home. I felt safe using the room, which was very warm, clean, everything was perfect. The location is excellent. I will strongly recommend this for travellers in Florence.

Very enjoyable. No real complaints.

What breakfast? I don’t remember there being breakfast. Location was great for walking to all the sights in Florence.

Quite noisy at night from the street below but didn’t spoil our visit. Needed the washing facilities but needed someone to help with that. No one available when we were!

Loved the location. It was very close to the Duomo and the convenience store. Simone was a very helpful host. There was an elevator to take my huge bag up to my room :)

Higly recommended for Solo traveller

The room is very clean and well maintained. To my surprise, it looks exactly as the photos. I was worried about the noice from the street but the window could block out almost 80% of the noice so the room is comfortable and quiet.

Nothing really...may be the distance to most of the attractions are around 15 minutes walks.

Very good

The location is just perfect and Simone is friendly and communicates perfectly. I really appreciated his arrangement for a smooth arrival. He's thought of many little details that are helpful: has a smooth process for checkout, adaptors for use, bedside laps, hooks and shelves. All of these things make it easy to settle in. I stayed in Room 2, which has a twin bed. On a busy Saturday night - although there was some street noise - I was able to get to sleep.

This is a matter of personal preference but the room decor is indeed as busy as it seems in the pictures.

From check in to check out, it has been an amazing experience. I have had no issues. Biffi Simone is a really great, welcoming Host! He was there to greet us and checking out was very simple. Any questions or assistance that we needed, he responded quickly! The room we stayed in was very clean with all the amenities you need.

We loved everything about this place.

A nice discovery

Biffi is an excellent landlord, ever helpful, and a jovial fellow. I had a room for a single person. It was very small, but well thought out, a kind of pod. The bathroom was tiny, but the fixtures were noticeably elegant, and the hot water was perfectly forthcoming, controllable, and civilized. Better hot water than any recent hotel. There was a fine window looking out from the second floor that made everything open and spacious when you wanted it; there were excellent industrial-strength curtains when you wanted complete dark. The mattress was lumpy and saggy, but by the time you come, Biffi will have replaced it. The location was interesting, a bit farther away from the Duomo than you might have wanted, though really only a few blocks farther than central. But you are perfectly positioned here to discover a new, lovely secondary center of Florence at Piazza Sant’ Ambrogio, a bustling square with top-notch restaurants and bars, which you would never know without the nudge of Biffi’s. (It is a rented room; they don’t do your bed every day.)

Small but comfortable guesthouse close to all the sights and restaurants.

The room was small but everything you needed was provided. The bed was comfortable and the communal kitchen was well equipped. The owner was very helpful.

The street outside was noisy both nights of my stay. I worked out it was the local drunks talking very loudly until 3.30am. I recognised one man’s voice. They had disappeared the morning I left So perhaps they were moved on and this was a one off.
